Zoom Whitening Aftercare

After your teeth whitening procedure, there are certain things you should avoid, to gain the best results and enjoy the longest lasting effects. There are also things you can easily do, in order to achieve optimum results.

• Refrain from consuming foods and drinks that can stain your teeth

Take Home Teeth Whitening Trays for $295

This DIY, home teeth whitening method is a favourite among many clients. My Dental Health is currently offering teeth whitening trays for only $295.

How does the DIY method work?

• Plastic trays are made from moulds that are taken of your mouth
• Combined with bleaching gels, you wear the trays for around 15 minutes during the day or 1-2 hours every night, consecutively for 1 week
• Most patients’ teeth become 3-8 shades whiter after regular and consecutive treatments (depending on individual diet).

The great benefit, is that you only need to buy the trays once. They’re yours to keep if needed in the future. If you require future treatments, you will only be required to purchase the bleaching gels.
